Abstract:	本研究採用文獻調查法，探究知識管理以及教育專業表現的理論基礎與相關研究，以完成以下之研究目的： 1.了解知識管理的意義與內涵。 2.探討托育機構教師角色扮演及專業表現準則。 3.提出托育機構教育應用知識管理之策略，以提升教師專業表現績效。
