    摘要: In recent years when Vietnam Economy has developed rapidly, some businesses are making their attempts to think of methods to satisfy customer’s need through supplying the best products. With proper marketplace managements, Many businesses’ illegal activities such as producing fake products, violating industrial rights, intellectual property, food hygiene, trade cheating, smuggling… can be prevented; thus reducing Customer’s possibilities of being deceived. Therefore, professional marketplace management skills should be improved to meet Vietnam developing need in future. Furthermore, marketplace management department specializes in monitoring all businesses’ activities. Functions of marketplace management team include: checking, managing and controlling all kinds of business activity in the market, simultaneously discovering any illegal activities in business. Thus, the objectives are: 1. Preventing confusion and disturbance in market, creating a legally competitive, orderly and fair environment; 2. Protecting consumer’s rights; 3. Protecting the benefits of honest manufacturers and businessmen; 4. Proposing supplements and adjustments in law documents that is not suitable to market economy; 5. Building confidence and assurance for manufacturers, businessmen and consumers. This research studies more deeply the significance of marketplace management for businesses and consumers. Thus, the marketplace management, the business management and the supply chain management are used to be research argument and the objective is Dong Nai province. This study aims to understand more the condition and problems of marketplace management of this area and the status of the supply chain. The research can be used to understand the marketplace of Vietnam economy and possible problems; besides, we give some suggestions to meet the aim of the marketplace management research.
