Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry (hereafter called as “HUI”) is an organization wholly and directly owned by the Vietnam Ministry of Education established in 2004 by promoting the No. 4 College of Industry, is developing so fast and efficient in offering academic education and seasonal training to students nationwide. It is a must of HUI to enhance the efficiency of teaching of a foreign language (hereafter called as “English”) to attract more students to sign up the courses, differentiate the method of English offering, inspire the motivation inside of all the students who are really aware of the importance of a language fluency required. Unfortunately HUI encounters a serious shortage of teachers or even professors, at the time being, mastering the concept and application of Supply Chain Management (hereafter called as “SCM”) which is a good resource to improve and eliminate the existing problems within HUI. The bore of students and ineffectiveness of English lecturers are among of the problems because of many reasons. The research study is aiming at digging out the findings to solve these brain-breaking issues. The successful and efficient solving of the problem will bring up a competitive teaching-English-team that will lay the foundation of sustainable development in the future for SCM-oriented teaching career and HUI itself. The research is completed by consolidating the works of professors’ advice, my experience and personal interest in this SCM. It is developed with the comprehensive understanding and feedback from interviews with SCM experts and HUI’s colleagues. I believe this research will be a fruitful addition to offer worthy recommendations of SCM application to a number of other universities or vocational training center operating in S.R.Vietnam (Social Republic Vietnam) who desire to have a sustainable growth in teaching in type of education-oriented concepts.
