摘要: | A business in the difficult or successful period itself has many problems that must be solved such as technology, capital of investment development, objectives, strategies, etc. One of the biggest problems is staffs management, the human resources of a business. How to effectively manage staffs is the biggest challenge for all businesses in this age. In Vietnam, after joining the World Trade Organization (WTO), the trade protection to the domestic products to be no longer, the pressure on the change the more immediate than ever, on the one hand enterprises must face efforts in the search new markets, renovation of technology and equipment, on the other hand constantly organize, improve and develop human resources to adapt to the competitive environment in the production and trade. In such context, Tan Phong Shoes Export Enterprise is not also out of those changes. With the immediate stability and development in production in coming years, the Enterprise have to expand constantly export market, to increase exporting products with FOB price as well as the process for foreign partners. In addition, the Director of Enterprise need to assessment correctly the situation of human resources in the enterprise and bring out solutions in the effective management of human resources to contribute to production stability and development in the next time. On the basic of real producing activities in the Tan Phong Shoes Export Enterprise, the thesis deals with the real matters on human resources structure, researches, analyses and assessments of the effects of the real Human Resources Management policies of the Enterprise such as those of human resources recruitment, training and development, and maintenance; thereupon showing that there are still gross inadequacies in the Human Resources Management of the Enterprise which need to be changed and improved to satisfy new recruitments in production stabilization, expansion and development for the next years. From those real requirements, the concrete solutions connected with the enterprise are put forward, assisting the Enterprise in the fostering the effects of the Human Resources Management such as the improvement of the personnel planning, the policies of staff recruitment and training, those of staff achievement capacity and perfection of payment-reward policies, etc. In addition, to assess the satisfaction level of the employees for the Enterprises, the authors also have conducted surveys with 172 actual sheets in the Enterprise to draw the assessment of employee policies, work compensation, bonus, salary and conditions for promotion, the training and others to help the employees to have a strong attachment to the Enterprise. |
