Abstract: Vietnam has recently become the 150th member of the World Trade Organization (WTO), hence goods made in Vietnam have a greater chance to go to every country on the world. However, the penetration into the marketplace, from the negotiations to the visits for placing an order, the Western and American customers often have some requirements for the companies, factories that they have to carry out their Corporate social responsibilities (CSR) through the factual certificates at the companies such as SA 8000, WRAP or other Code of Conduct (CoC) for each company. As in Vietnam, when meeting the businesses by the supportive programs for SMEs by the Government as well international cooperation organizations, there is an obvious problem that many businesses as well the Entrepreneurs and superior leaders have not been aware of the importance of social responsibilities. And the laborers who have still had urgent matters for the corporate social responsibility (CSR) are not satisfied. The project “Social Standards Exchange of Experience in Southeast Asia and Practical Learning (SEAL)”, in which includes Viet Nam – Indonesia – Philippines, has taken place for a few years. And with the supports of the organization InWent (German), there appear so many conferences held for introducing the corporate social responsibility (CSR) for Vietnamese Businesses But for the limitation of finance, the program just came to some of the businesses and already ended in 12/2008. Recognizing the conducting of CSR is not only from the customers or the laborers, but also the international trend. The function is to help the companies to improve the ability of management through educational services, business consultancy, and there needs a research for the measures to enhance the CSR to employees at businesses in the South. It will be very helpful for the leaders to improve their awareness and to grasp all the requirements of the standardized CSR according to the international standard SA 8000, as well to evaluate the satisfactions of employees for the criteria above. The result of the research can be used as a reference for the rest of the amount of businesses in other provinces. However, due to the limitation of time and cost, the research just can be conducted at 12 southern provinces: Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Long An, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Tien Giang, Can Tho, Vinh Long, Soc Trang, Hau Giang, Ca Mau. The expectation is to attract the considerations from the State Offices like Ministry of labor, war invalids and social welfare, Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Business Associations, Departments of Science and Technology, Businessmen for sponsoring the implements, with the first step is improving their consciousness and then will apply in the reality.
