Abstract:	This paper elaborates on the key issues of e-learning and knowledge management (KM) in the ways in which it could impact management learning and training. It discusses the various stages (technologies) and potential benefits of web-assisted learning in general and as it relates to business and management training in particular. It emphasizes the importance of a strategic approach to introducing web assisted management learning solutions through reviewing some of the success factors and proposing a framework for developing a strategic foundation for technology and web based management learning
