    Title: 探討不同油脂對防曬劑之穩定性與對防曬係數的影響

    Abstract: 小麥胚芽油含有維他命E是天然的抗氧化劑;葵花籽油含較多的维生素E; 芥花油含60%單元不飽和脂肪酸, 穩定性高, 容易取得。榛果油含有各種礦物質、維生素A、B1、B2、D、E、卵磷脂和蛋白質; 天然的棕櫚油和荷荷芭油是很好的滋潤及保濕用油。本研究是利用小麥胚芽油、葵花籽油、芥花油、榛果油、夏威夷核果油、紅棕櫚油、荷荷芭油等七種不同植物油,添加在含化學防曬成分亞佛苯酮(Parsol 1789,Butyl methoxy dibenzoyl methane)與物理防曬成分二氧化鈦(TiO2)的防曬配方中,探討其對體外防曬係數(Sun Protection Factor, SPF)值及酸鹼度(pH)、電位(mV)的影響; 其結果為葵花籽油防曬效果最好,而防曬效果最差的則是小麥胚芽油。
