    Abstract: In Vietnam, along with the integration of world economy, import-export activities have actually led to the explosive with the development of the strong international payments at commercial banks. The purpose of this paper is seeking solutions to improve the effectiveness in international payment financing in Eximbank and then to enhance the overall performance of Eximbank. This paper used factor analysis and regression analysis to answer research questions and research hypotheses. In particular, the findings have been useful in shedding broad light on the areas where improvements are needed most, i.e. marketing, political legal, management risk, human, and prestige agent of services, to encourage greater use of international payment financing.
