    Abstract: Background: This study intended to assess level of job satisfaction and factors associated with level of job satisfaction among midwives working at Tu Du hospital. Understanding level of job satisfaction and factors responsible for job satisfaction of midwives has supreme importance in the delivery of effective, efficient and sustainable services and reduction of maternal and neonatal morbidities and mortality.
    Aims: Survey job satisfaction and related factors of midwife in Tu Du Hospital in 2017, Compare the differences of job satisfaction of midwives among different socio-demographic characteristics and determine the important predictors of job satisfaction of midwives at Tu Du hospital.
    Methods: This cross-sectional study. Data was collected in Tu Du Hospital during December 2017 to March 2018. Data was analyzed using SPSS version 22th.
