Abstract:	本研究目的欲探討精神護理之家主管工作歷程及領導內涵，期能發現不同領導風格。研究方法運用質性研究之「深度訪談法」進行研究，以立意取樣選取5 位精神護理之家主管為研究對象。訪談內容有2 個構面，一是精神護理之家主管工作歷程，二是精神護理之家主管領導內涵。本研究結果中構面一為受訪者工作歷程（蹲馬步訓練等7 項屬性），構面二為精神護理之家領導風格與模式（與家屬建立暢通訊息溝通管道等20 項屬性）。研究的建議為專業服務面向（權變知能提升等4 項）與研究面向（多元專業背景主管1 項）。
