The purpose of this study aims to develop a pilot model of leadership curricula and
instruction design. According to the expanding green revolution, this study introduce
conversational learning and project based learning (PBL) in order to develop moral
reasoning and the learner-centered leadership abilities that can conforms to both the
industries’ and learners’ needs. An instructional experiment was used to test and verify this
pilot model. The course design and content development were based on the gap between
experts and students; the findings show that there is significant difference between pre
and post instruction on competency indices.
