    Abstract: 本計畫擬以梅醋醬餐食譜研發為目的,依需求設計開發具創意梅醋之餐食,藉由中醫「藥食同源」之概念,創作出大眾所喜愛之餐食,又能排毒、健身、防病、調整體質亦能降低國家社會醫療資源之浪費,更藉由整合行銷實務之創新策略,讓養生餐飲不但可永續經營,更可提供消費者優質的服務,以達雙贏局面。本計畫可作為後續發展各類梅醋養生餐點開發之業者參考,並提供技術轉移。
