    Abstract: 本計畫擬以梅醋醬餐食譜研發為目的，依需求設計開發具創意梅醋之餐食，藉由中醫「藥食同源」之概念，創作出大眾所喜愛之餐食，又能排毒、健身、防病、調整體質亦能降低國家社會醫療資源之浪費，更藉由整合行銷實務之創新策略，讓養生餐飲不但可永續經營，更可提供消費者優質的服務，以達雙贏局面。本計畫可作為後續發展各類梅醋養生餐點開發之業者參考，並提供技術轉移。
