    Abstract: 媽祖宴菜是媽祖文化的一個組成部分,從中可窺視媽祖信仰的歷史性、民族性、時代性,目前有關媽祖晏之菜色由來,皆與「海」、及「海神」等相關傳統文化概念創作,卻忽略媽祖文化在台灣已演變出有別於「海神信仰」的傳統, 本計畫以地方特色食材為基礎,精心創造出富含在地媽祖文化魅力,兼具神聖色彩的媽祖宴菜,發展地方特色之宴席菜餚,有助文創觀光產業之發展。
