    Abstract: 預發芽糙米(pre-germinated brown rice,PGBR)由糙米浸泡於水中使其輕微芽,已 被證實有益於改善高血糖。由於糙米在發芽過程會增加米糠醇( -oryzanol) 的合成,因此 本研究我們選定HepG2 細胞探討米糠醇及發芽糙米萃取物是否能抑制TNF-) 的胰島素抗 性。 結果發現米糠醇與發芽糙米萃取物在50、100ppm會隨著時間加強HepG2細胞對葡萄 糖的攝入。兩者入皆會影響HepG2 細胞對葡萄糖攝入的基因及影響葡萄糖攝入的蛋白的 表現。 由以上結果,我們推測PGBR 對血糖的調控、促進細胞利用葡萄糖及並可以 影響葡萄糖攝入細胞之基因與蛋白質的表現的有效成份的確是 -oryzanol。
