This study is to explore how English teachers implement the remedial programs in Taiwan. Through English teachers’ actual counseling implementation and precise observations, this study subsequently reveals an understanding of the instructors’ opinions regarding the remedial programs. In order to achieve this aim, the researcher adopted case study and collected data with Online-based Training Technique, Students’ Evaluating Scores, Teachers’ Guidance and Record Analysis, and Reflective Journals as the main sources of data collection. Conclusions derived from the study are listed as follows:
