    Title: 從餐旅職訓與職務分級結構探討餐旅人員低薪的迷思

    Abstract: 本研究採用SEM模式適配度與參數估計模型,探討個人職訓與職務層次,以及餐旅環境層次因素,對薪資結構的影響。本研究從餐旅個人職訓與職務分級結構,檢視並分析餐旅人員低薪的因素,以及對於現今台灣餐旅環境層次的關聯性影響。研究結果顯示,個人職訓與職務層次因素,能有效解釋薪資的多數變異:餐旅環境層次因數,亦能有效預測薪資多寡的變異;因此對於薪資的提升,更應重視並考量餐旅環境因素。最後,依據研究結果進行討論,建構餐旅人員薪資與職務分級之最佳經驗模式,並提出合理薪資的發展與未來研究之相關建議。
