    Abstract: The study is to investigate the relationships between employment factors and vocational training within hospitality environment, by ways of research methodology of SEM model. The results of SEM estimates and analysis parameters reveal that individual-vocational training factors account for most of the variance of training performance with getting professional licenses. In addition, the hospitality training factors are also significant predictors of employment rate.
