    Abstract: 酵素又稱酶，具生物催化功能之高分子物質，主要藉由降低活化能之途徑來達到反應進行的目的。本計畫主要利用工業化製程技術，將實驗室批次實驗轉換成連續式生產程序，藉由相關參數的校調與新式設備之運用，達到商品化的目的，建立工業化製程之標準作業程序，為合作廠商進行先期之技術與投資評估，完成建廠生產之先期準備工作。
